Terms of Use

Last updated: March 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EternalChain ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
By creating an account or completing a transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use in full.
2. Description of Service
EternalChain provides a service that allows users to inscribe text onto public blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana). The Service is provided on a "best efforts" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.
Technical issues, blockchain network conditions, third-party service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the Service. Mistakes can happen, and the Service may experience downtime, delays, or errors from time to time.
3. User Content & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of any inscription you submit through the Service. EternalChain does not review, approve, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of any inscription.
You agree not to use the Service to inscribe content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your inscriptions comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
EternalChain shall not be held liable for any content inscribed by users, including but not limited to any claims, damages, or legal consequences arising from user-submitted content. By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EternalChain, its operators, and affiliates from any claims related to your inscriptions.
4. Blockchain Immutability
Inscriptions submitted through the Service are written to public blockchains and are permanent and immutable by design. Once confirmed on the blockchain, inscriptions cannot be edited, deleted, or removed by EternalChain or any other party.
You acknowledge and accept this permanence before submitting any inscription. EternalChain bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from the permanent nature of blockchain inscriptions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
EternalChain does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any particular results will be achieved. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EternalChain, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall the total liability of EternalChain exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
7. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (PayPal). EternalChain does not store your payment credentials. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases where a technical failure on our end prevents your inscription from being submitted to the blockchain. Once an inscription is successfully broadcast to the network, no refunds will be provided.
8. Changes to Terms
EternalChain reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
