witchblade (2024) review
by Nadav
Intro- I read comics, usually scroll format on the phone on GlobalComix but if I have to then iPad. I try to stick with feminist comics about girls with powers. Yes I'm a feminist what about it.
The story is about a police detective who got great powers that are also a great responsibility. She's looking for whoever murdered her father.

Fun- 5. Really fun. One of the most fun I've read.
Israel- 3. I think I maybe saw a Haredi on a street in New York and that's it. It's very Italian tho
Plot- 5. It's very suspenseful, philosophical too. "Am I a body with a soul or a soul with a body" and stuff. There were bits that stretched the plot a little and I lost patience but that's because the main character felt like me in that part too so maybe it's on purpose. Oh wow.
Finished- 4- Sure it's ongoing but it's not indie, it's by top cow and quite a lot of issues have come out so far, so the story will probably not get cut off in the middle.
Art- 5. Legendary. Gothic, dark, monstrous and detailed. Talented people with many years in the industry worked on it.
What I liked:
The characters are very beautiful. Pretty even. You could say attractive.
What I didn't like:
Homeless people.
Noticed-
It doesn't have a big online fanbase like I'd expect. That has advantages too. Interesting how they have money.
